Gof and Jay have been working in the restaurant industry for over 15 years Gof is the founder who earned a culinary degree then spent his experience and knowledge building up to two food truck brands. Jay Co-founder worked and gained more experience in every position in the restaurant. After 14 years, he became a part of The Hidden Bistro. They represent the most popular dishes in Southeast Asia in their style. They said the flavor of Southeast Asia Cuisine. They have to make almost everything from scratch to make the fantastic flavor they grew up with.
